Treatment may combine a number of different therapies within just one treatment by one practitioner. These may include Osteopathy, Soft tissue Massage, Physiotherapy, Ultrasound and Electrotherapy. These therapies are used to reduce pain, reduce inflammation, then restore circulation and mobility. We will then advise you on preventing future injuries with exercise regimes and maybe use Nutrition Therapy, recommending small diet changes and a brief course of supplements to balance your body chemistry supplying the missing ingredients the body needs to perform at its peak. Each patient is individually assessed and treated. This means that your body structure, organs, ligaments and muscles not only perform to their maximum capability but recover quickly, minimising the chance of strains and sprains in the future.
