Testimonials

Annabel Croft, former tennis champion, had the following to say about Mark Mathews:

I first met Mark Mathews when he treated my daughter, who trained as a serious Gymnast. The results were close to miraculous. She had suffered from a serious long term knee injury, which did not appear to be healing, and within two sessions, she was running and walking without a limp! Mark’s enthusiasm for healing people is infectious. I have since had treatments myself and sent many great friends to him, who have had fantastic results, and I have no hesitation in recommending him. I love the concept of kinesiology and still have so much to learn about the subject, which I find fascinating!

Penny Power
founded
Ecademy in 1998, maintaining it with her fellow directors as a private business. Many Internet businesses in this market are funded and have a different energy and set of resources. As a result of the founders being in the detail and life of the community of Ecademy, the culture has become like a family and the resulting brand and beliefs/values are very special and create an emotional link. Ecademy is about the wellbeing of business people and Penny's emotional steadiness and well-being has been critical in Ecademy's development.

Penny had this to say about Mark:

I first went to see Mark in 2001. At the time I was a young mum with 3 kids under 7, a new business, ecademy, and a very demanding life. I set high expectations of myself and I was under a lot of pressure, physically, emotionally and intellectually.

Mark was a gentle guide for me into the world of unusual thoughts, at that time I had not used NLP before and was not aware of kinesiology. Mark kept me on the road.

Thomas and the children have also been to see Mark many times, he has motivated us all to achieve the dreams we have, each of us, and also help us to have clarity and belief. Mark is a great man, an enormous achiever and has changed hundreds of lives. Thank you Mark.

Natalia Postlethwaite is the Expert Community & Business Director at Greatvine, a website that provides access to the UK's leading experts in over 150 topics. Her role involves the day-to-day management of the over 270 experts on the website as well as driving new business to Greatvine.

Here is Natalia's story in her own words:

I was feeling fairly run down and not in the best of health. My energy levels were always quite low and I felt mentally exhausted in the evenings, which often prevented me from doing other things I wanted to enjoy outside of work. I was starting to feel fairly stressed out and experienced mood swings.Someone suggested I should go and see Mark Mathews at the Rêve Pavilion.

I started seeing Mark once a month for an hour session whereby he would assess my mental and physical state. During that hour he would pin point various nutrients that my diet was lacking and give me supplements for these. He would also check my skeletal posture and relieve any areas that were blocked. We also discussed how I was feeling mentally and worked to overcome and negative thoughts and feelings I was having that may have been preventing me from achieving potential and best daily performance.

I still see Mark for an hour's session every two to three months. I feel so much better now than I used too. I have a lot more energy since I have been seeing Mark and feel I am able to focus more at work yet also partake in, and enjoy activities outside of work without them feeling so much like a chore. I feel I am able to handle various stressful situations better now also having been equipped with the psychological skills he has introduced me to. There are so many things I think we all take for granted and neglect when living busy and demanding lives – primarily taking care of ourselves and our health and giving ourselves the attention we deserve. Just simple things like taking time out to reflect and put things into perspective. Mark made me realise this and has helped me to become a much more balanced person both mentally and physically.

Insa Winkelbrandt is a Social Media Consultant and Internet Marketer running her own business, Insa Winkelbrandt.

I first started to see Mark in 2002 on the recommendation of a German doctor and have been a patient of his ever since, going to see him every few months for "an MOT". I had been unable to eat most fresh fruit and was suffering quite badly from hayfever and am happy to say that I can now eat all fresh fruit and nuts without any adverse affects and my hayfever is much less severe so that I very rarely have to take anti-histamines these days. This is a direct result of Mark's treatment.

Mark also helped me with fighting post-natal depression and managed to get me off anti-depressants within 3 months of starting to take them. In addition, he's helped me set new goals for myself and be a more positive person.

I would wholly recommend Mark if you suffer from any allergies, stress, back pain, depression or if you need help sorting out your goals for life.

Sally Bennett is a lapsed practising pharmacist with an interest in alternative therapies, now working as Director of Supply Operations for the leading provider of independent health care services in the UK. Sally told us the following story:

We first went to see Mark back in 1996 on advice from the Educational Psychologist for my daughter, who was struggling at school  due to her dyslexia . Following her success with the results,  using the forerunner to the Sunflower Programme, we then went on to use the programme for my son, who has also benefited to such an extent that he is now studying at Oxford.

Seeing the positive results for both the children, it seemed only natural that I should should also take the plunge and ask Mark to investigate a number of physiological issues that I had been suppressing for years, particularly around allergies and more lately with changes from the onset of the menopause. The benefits can be seen gradually over a period of time, sometimes several weeks later. I can look back and compare the progress from when first treated. The diverse range of treatments that Mark is able to offer makes The Rêve Pavilion a 'one stop shop'. I am proud to say that I have not had to visit my GP for a very long time. Having a 3-monthly 'MOT' is also very important, as Mark is able to catch anything in its infancy, rather than struggling on in the hope that the problem will go away. A very good example of this was when I dislocated my hip 6 weeks prior to running in the Grim Challenge!

I am a firm believer that the body has the capability to heal itself if given the correct triggers and Mark is definitely the man to trigger the body's healing abilities.

What is Stress?

Perhaps the first thing to say is that, unlike pressure, stress is never good for you and never a positive thing. Stress creates unhealthy biological reactions, and prologed stress can lead to both physical and menthal health breakdown.
